Can you believe we’re halfway into the Q1 (I know, putting a timestamp like this sounds so scary.) At the start of the year, I committed to using a physical planner and creating a system for my business. However, I didn’t use the planner as much on the third week of the month, so I switched to jotting down what I worked on during the week.

​

To be honest, I didn’t accomplish the monthly goals I shared in the previous blog and newsletter. But I didn’t feel discouraged. To keep this newsletter short, you can read more by clicking on the button below. It’ll direct you to my Ko-fi post, and it’s free to access.

Here’s my plan for this month to make progress in surface pattern design:

• Focus on a specific industry for my designs.​
• Experiment with various styles until I discover the one that resonates with me, but I will focus on one style at a time.
• Watch planning lessons to better plan for the upcoming months.
